Soup Restaurant @ 1Utama
Ever wonder if you can find such place to dine in a Shopping Mall? Bet it! This place (Soup Restaurant) is like a dream come true! Ok...I did exaggerated a little bit, but i think this place is just cool for dinner.
Decorated with bamboos (fake) and gazebos and a spotlight to mimic the moon. Its just a perfect match for ....(yeah, you are right!)...Chinese Cuisine!
Water Feature at the waiting area.
Just as Kent know that I will always forget the place we dine in. He snap a pic with the name of the restaurant on it. I am still not convinced though, that the name of the restaurant is 'Soup Restaurant' until I surfed on other blogger's blog!
Bet most people has forgotten how an original chrysanthemum tea should look and taste like. This is the place where you can recall your almost lost memory. Most of the time we get water + sugar + flavoring.
Steam Minced Pork with Salted fish. It definitely looks unattractive but you'll be surprise how the texture feels in your mouth. Soft and tender as if it melted in it!
Teochew Olive Rice served in the Beggar's Plate. Something that you can't get just anywhere! Best experience ever!
Kent looking suspiciously at the olive rice!
Well, what can you expect from a meat-eater? Greens is like their born-enemy! So, you can imagine just how high the resistant level can goes. But surprisingly, he made friend with Olive-Rice. Hahaha...good news to meat-eaters!!
Hometown Tofu. The beancurd is deep fried and served with some sweet&salty sauce! Nice combination! The skin is golden crispy but the inner is pure-white with smooth and soft texture! Top with crunchy deep fried 'lil prawn'! Ooooo....I love that!!
