How to cook simple Fried Rice

Its been a while since I step into the kitchen and perform some disastrous actions. Since I am a bit free this weekend and mum is not around to prepare my meal, maybe I should cook something.

Well, I ended up cooking fried rice since co-incidentally I have all the ingredients in the fridge.

Here's what I used:-

1. Cooked Rice preferably left overnight in the fridge
2. Luncheon Meat - diced
3. Carrot or any vege - diced
4. Eggs - beaten and seasoned with pepper
5. Onion - diced or sliced
6. Seasoning - salt, pepper and soy sauce

Let's get started :-

Step 1 : Preheat the pan and sauteed onion until yellowish.

Step 2 : Add in luncheon meat and continue cooking. (This is a wrong demo of cook Onion)

Step 3 : Add in the carrot and continue cooking

Step 4 : Next, you need to scramble the beaten egg. Well, if you are lazy to wash another pan, you may put all the cooked vege to one side of the pan, and leave the other side for the egg.

Step 5 : Add in the rice and season to taste. Continue stir-fry for few minutes.
